Irregular Antibodies Identified in Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia in Korea

Abstract

|
Clinical and serological records of 15 patients with autoimmune hemolysis from Jan.
1983 at the Seoul National University Hospital were analysed. Of 15 cases of
autoimmune hemolytic anemia, specificity of antibodies was identified in nine cases. The
Rh specificities were identified in six cases and Kell specificity in one case. The Rh
specificities were anti-e in three cases and anti-E, anti-C and anti-c&c in one case
each.
